Country Code
Add the country code, such as 254 for Kenya or 251 for Ethiopia.
Subscriber Number
Key in the local number, dropping its leading zero.
Mobile Number Format
Mobiles in Kenya and Tanzania typically begin with '07' or '01'. Dialing from overseas, you leave off that leading '0'.
Kenya example: 0712 345 678 becomes +254 712 345 678.
